We offer a competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a salary, we also offer comprehensive health benefits, paid vacation time, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities:
• Check-in and greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
• Provide exceptional guest service and ensure every guest has a positive experience
• Ensure the front-of-house area is maintained to Squeeze standards
• Assist guests with downloading our app, setting up their account, booking appointments, and completing their appointments
• Resolve any guest issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer-facing role
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with Zendesk preferred
