Batching Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled Batching Operator to join our production team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting production goals and safety standards.

• Batching activities: Precisely inspect, stage, weigh, and mix ingredients according to product recipes.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance Technician on analytical results and make modifications or adjustments to batches as needed.
• Pre-weigh, blend, and liquefy components for beverage preparation.
• Accurately document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per customer regulations.
• Clean and sanitize batching equipment and fillers (CIP's, foaming equipment, and hand brushing).
• Operate forklift to load/move various ingredients, following all safety procedures.

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to speak effectively with management and employees at all levels.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work up to 12 hour shifts, day or night, overtime.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to visually inspect product and materials.

• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing people/projects.
