About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse I who will be responsible for providing direct patient care, supervising and evaluating nursing care activities, and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care that meets or exceeds hospital standards
- Supervise and evaluate nursing care activities to ensure efficient delivery of services

- Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements and Qualifications

- Baccalaureate in Nursing (Bachelor's degree) preferred
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island
- Ability to lift, position, and transfer patients safely
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
