Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients in a school setting.
Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to clients in a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of clients
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive support for clients
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in clients' communication skills
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clients' communication skills
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania state licensure as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
