We are currently seeking dedicated Youth Psychiatrists to join our team, who are enthusiastic about patient care and dedicated to clinical excellence.


We provide our Psychiatrists with:

Exclusively outpatient responsibilities. No nights, no hospital duties, no weekends.
A hybrid model that allows for both telehealth and in-person consultations.
Competitive compensation that can reach between $468,000 and $527,000 annually, with no cap.
Long-Term Incentive Plan (Annual stock options for eligible Psychiatrists).

We are looking for Psychiatrists who are:
Fully licensed in their respective state, board eligible/certified, and possess an unencumbered DEA.
Skilled in both medication management and psychotherapy.
Experienced in working with youth or across various age groups.
Residing within a reasonable commuting distance of our clinics.
