At MRG Exams Careers, we are seeking a skilled Medical Professional to perform Disability Assessments on United States Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process.

This role involves reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal and conducting in-person physical exams on each Veteran.

The successful candidate will document exam findings electronically through the web portal and ensure that all required information is accurately recorded.

It is essential to note that the Medical Professional will not make disability determinations, as this responsibility lies with the United States Veterans Administration.

This position is an in-person role, and the ideal candidate will be able to work independently, analyzing data from medical records and exam findings to complete questionnaires and form medical opinions.

The schedule for this role is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, with a typical workload of 3-5 Veterans per day.

Key attributes for this position include:

  • Interest in performing independent medical assessments
  • Ability to analyze data and complete questionnaires accurately
  • Skilled time management and ability to meet requirements
  • Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Proficiency in using a computer

Requirements for this role include:

  • Current, unrestricted NP or PA (NCCPA accredited) license
  • Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA
