Orthodontic Trainer

Job Summary

Orthodontic Experts LTD is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team. As a Clinical Trainer, you will be responsible for providing training and support to clinical staff on topics related to patient care. This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of orthodontic practices and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training materials to clinical staff
Assess staff performance and provide feedback
Build relationships with clinical staff to ensure their training needs are met
Observe and evaluate clinical team members on a bi-monthly basis
Prepare training materials and train newly hired clinical team members
Prepare and execute follow-up training for team members
Address any performance issues observed in clinics to Operations Manager

Requirements

Strong understanding of orthodontic practices and technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel to clinics as needed
