At ManTech International Corporation, we are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team of elite cyber professionals. As a Software Developer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing new bleeding-edge software solutions to support our national security efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop new software solutions using C, C++, Objective C, and/or Python.
  • Work with the entire Software Development Lifecycle to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Add your expertise to our team in areas including compilers, multi-threading, networking, memory management, and more.
  • Bring your knowledge in programming/coding with C, C++, and/or Python to solve hard problems and create and/or improve the best solutions.
  • Continue to learn and grow as technology moves.
  • Communicate status with team, leadership, and customers.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in C, C++, Objective C, and/or Python.
  • Troubleshooting/debugging experience.
  • Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills.
Preferred Qualifications and/or Willingness to Learn:
  • CNO capability development experience.
  • Proficiency with networking (TCP/IP) and socket level programming.
  • Software Analysis/Reverse Engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in low-level internals in one or more technology areas (e.g. Windows, Unix, Mobile, Network devices).
  • Understand assembly programming concepts.
  • Unit Test experience.
  • Experience using Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence, Crucible).
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • US Citizenship, Active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Move about freely in a laboratory setting.
