Job Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Creating care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
  • Delivering treatments and administering medications to residents
  • Reviewing care options and outcomes with physicians and other staff
  • Educating residents and family members about best options for care
  • Ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Completion of an approved nursing program
  • Experience in post-acute care or in-patient hospital settings (at least 4 months)
  • Excellent organizational skills
