Job Description

We are seeking an experienced sales representative to join our team in our Insurance Sales - Work from Home position. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for actively engaging with prospective customers to sell our products and/or services. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, passionate about customer acquisition, and committed to contributing to top-line growth.

  • Demonstrate Product Expertise: Strategically present the functionality and value of our products to prospective customers seeking Life Insurance.
  • Develop Relationships: Maintain close, open, and honest communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Track Progress: Record and document prospect interactions and track goal attainment in available systems.
  • Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and The Hunt Agency's overall market opportunity.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Some experience in sales (preferred but not required).
  • Be willing to obtain state licenses if selected for the position (if not already licensed).
  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
