Technical Writer

Belay Technologies is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality technical documents, including user guides, manuals, and technical publications. Your primary goal will be to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that our products and services are effectively understood by our customers.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, manuals, and technical publications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create documentation
• Write and edit technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
• Design and develop visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and infographics
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Develop and maintain documentation standards and guidelines
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of technical documentation

• TS/SCI Clearance with full scope polygraph
• 6+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
• Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
