Cashier - Full-Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and facing merchandise as needed
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
