Overview

The Center for Children with Special Needs is an interdisciplinary mental health practice focusing on providing clinical and consultative services to support individuals with autism and related neurodevelopmental disabilities.

With a team of psychologists, behavior analysts, and OT/SLP professionals, we strive to bring evidence-based treatment to individuals, families, and their communities since 1994.

Salary

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, including a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement contributions and paid time off.

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our ABA Clinic based in Glastonbury, CT. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for providing behavior analytic treatment and supervision to children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders in a clinic-based setting.

You will also provide supervision to a team of behavior technicians, facilitate family support and training, and participate in center-based professional development for Type 2 CEs.
