Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac PCU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex cardiac conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
  • Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide population-specific care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including telemetry and other vital signs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current MA RN license required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years nursing experience, preferably in a cardiac or progressive care setting
  • Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
  • Telemetry experience preferred
