We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill our Education Manager position. As an Education Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the instructional and operational excellence of our center.

About the Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Director with day-to-day responsibilities, managing instruction, monitoring student attendance, collecting payments, and maintaining Center supplies. You will also be required to greet and assist students, parents, and potential customers according to Sylvan standards. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.

Essential Job Functions
  1. Day-to-Day Operations: Assist the Director with day-to-day responsibilities, including managing instruction, monitoring student attendance, collecting payments, and maintaining Center supplies.
  2. Customer Service: Greet and assist students, parents, and potential customers according to Sylvan standards.
  3. Scheduling Management: Manage scheduling changes for current families.
  4. Administrative Tasks: Lead day-to-day administrative tasks such as phone reception, data entry, filing, and word processing.
Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have a four-year degree and teaching or tutoring experience. You should also possess strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and organizational skills are also essential.
