About the Role:- Develop and implement individualized PT treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and healthcare staff on PT techniques and best practices.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Experience working in an inpatient setting, preferably with pediatric patients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
