We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse III to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Ascension Wisconsin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implement and monitor patient care plans, and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient condition.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, including developing and revising plans as needed.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and record patient condition, including vital signs, lab results, and other relevant data.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
- At least 18 months of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical surgical setting preferred.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin required.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical surgical setting preferred.
- Wisconsin State Nursing License in good standing preferred.
