About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality mental health services to patients in need.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop effective treatment plans for patients with a range of mental health conditions.
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services, including individual and group sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in psychotherapy and counseling through ongoing education and professional development.
- Master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
- Active Florida license.
- Experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of $60-$65 per billable hour.
- Group malpractice insurance.
- Flexible scheduling, with the option to work 50% telemedicine from the beginning of employment.
