Responsibilities- Process prescription orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Enter new and refill orders, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with dispensing pharmacists to resolve order entry issues and clarify prescription information
- Perform data entry tasks, including calculating and verifying correct dosages
- Assist with pharmacy workflow fulfillment duties to meet production needs
- Certified Pharmacy Technician CPhT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic math and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
