We are seeking a highly skilled Ob/Gyn Sonographer to join our team at Memorial Healthcare System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound exams for obstetric and gynecologic patients.
Responsibilities- Perform ultrasound exams for obstetric and gynecologic patients, including fetal anatomy scans, Doppler studies, and other specialized exams.
- Review patient requisitions and understand the type of exam required.
- Collaborate with medical staff and MFM physicians to clarify exam results and provide diagnostic information.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound techniques and technologies, and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Travel between clinic sites as needed, and be available to work variable shifts or provide weekend coverage.
- One year of OBGYN sonography experience required.
- Experience in a Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) practice preferred.
- Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS (RCDS), Certification in OBGYN, and Nuchal Translucency (NT) Certification.
- Preferred certifications: Nasal Bone (NB) Certification, Cervical Length Education and Review (CLEAR) certification, American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine (AIUM), and Fetal Echo Certification.
