We are currently seeking a Cleanroom Operator to become a vital part of our multidisciplinary research team, responsible for the assembly, inspection, testing, and packaging of all equipment, tools, and devices utilized in cleanroom environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the cleanroom with necessary materials and resources to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Maintain a sterile environment by adhering to proper garbing, cleaning protocols, and cleanroom procedures.
  • Inspect and monitor parts and processes throughout production to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Guarantee the quality of the final product through diligent oversight.
  • Keep the work area and equipment in a clean and organized state.
  • Report any defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor promptly.
  • Contribute to and uphold safety and quality standards within the facility.
  • Communicate operational status and any safety or process issues to management in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; one to four years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a cleanroom setting.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, sterility, and aseptic techniques.
  • Positive attitude and capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work in a cleanroom for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily.
  • Physical capability to frequently lift 10 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

The expected pay range for this position is between $20 to $25 per hour, with the final offer depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
