Job Summary

The Tharaldson Hospitality is seeking a skilled Shuttle Driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious individual who can transport guests to and from their destinations in a timely and courteous manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle vehicles, as well as reporting any vehicle malfunctions or issues to the relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide transportation services to guests in a safe and efficient manner;
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle vehicles;
  • Perform routine checks on the vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition;
  • Report any vehicle malfunctions or issues to the Chief Engineer;
  • Assist guests with luggage and other belongings;

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience. You should also be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. Additionally, you will need to be able to write routine reports and correspondence, as well as converse with guests and other staff members.

We are looking for someone who demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, particularly in situations involving guest conflict resolution. You should also be able to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility when needed. Finally, you should be able to prioritize tasks and manage your time efficiently, ensuring that all responsibilities are met in a timely manner.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
