Quality Assurance Coordinator

CSL is in search of a dedicated Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee and ensure adherence to operational protocols and regulatory standards within our plasma center. This position entails working closely with management, performing internal evaluations, and orchestrating training initiatives to uphold quality and safety benchmarks.

  • Provide compliance status updates to operational quality management
  • Partner with management to formulate continuous improvement strategies
  • Act as the center's representative during audits and resolve quality-related issues
  • Guarantee the completeness and precision of center documentation and records
  • Facilitate and supervise training efforts at the center
  • Execute process evaluations and initiate corrective action strategies
  • Advocate for safety, health, and environmental policies and practices

Qualifications and Experience

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in a regulated setting
  • Exceptional customer service, analytical reasoning, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

Work Environment

  • Engage with dissatisfied customers
  • Physical activity including standing and walking for a significant portion of the time
  • Manual dexterity required, with the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and adapt to varying temperatures
