The Breakfast Attendant is a key member of our team at Stonebridge Companies, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Regularly communicate and converse with guests, building rapport and fostering a positive atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to our high standards, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, ensuring a pleasant and inviting environment for our guests.
• Efficiently replenish buffet items, ensuring that guests have access to a wide range of options.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, resolving any issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards, maintaining a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in your work.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and push/pull heavy objects.
