Job Summary
As a Diagnostic Sonographer PRN Days, you will perform basic diagnostic ultrasound procedures under minimal supervision, requested by a licensed physician. You will exercise professional judgment in providing health care services to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly. You may be multi-credentialed in the area of sonography. You will complete established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities
Produce high-quality diagnostic sonographs as prescribed by a licensed practitioner; assist with amnio procedure biopsies; process and file films as needed

Education
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Sonography
Preferred: Associates degree

Experience
Preferred: 1-3 years

Certifications
Required: Must be registered within 24 months of graduation and 12 months of hire; BLS
Preferred: ARDMS or ARRT(S) preferred
