Thermal Barrier Installer

As a Thermal Barrier Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of insulation materials (e.g., fiberglass, foam) in walls, ceilings, and floors.

• Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors.
• Prepare job sites by ensuring proper materials are on hand.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate tools and equipment safely, including drills, saws, and insulation blowers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in construction, insulation, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and settings.
• Reliable transportation.
• Drivers license.
