- Proactively share knowledge and best practices across different sites.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA training standards.
- Strictly follow all company policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and complete necessary documentation.
- Keep the work area organized and free of hazards.
- Emphasize collaboration, effective communication, and high-quality output.
- Coordinate with supervisory staff to fulfill all delivery obligations.
- Support and align with company policies and initiatives.
- Stay informed about updates to operational procedures.
- Utilize computer systems as needed for job functions.
- Be knowledgeable about the location and proper use of safety equipment.
- Assist in maintaining SOX compliance on-site through regular tank measurements.
- Complete necessary training to advance within the Operational Competency Program (OCP).
- Work closely with Operations to prioritize loading activities for timely dispatch.
- Assist in the positioning of drum trailers and tank wagons as needed.
- Prioritize loading tasks based on delivery schedules and shift directives.
- Be available for overtime to cover staff absences.
- Manage the unloading of raw materials when required.
- Conduct compatibility assessments for equipment prior to loading operations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality assurance and accuracy.
- Perform assigned tasks as necessary.
- Collect and analyze samples to ensure product integrity.
- Prepare equipment and necessary permits for maintenance work.
- Identify maintenance needs for equipment and report them to supervisors.
- Assist in the training of new team members.
- Engage in troubleshooting activities as required.
- Update operational procedures as necessary.
- Participate in teamwork discussions regarding overtime scheduling.
- Contribute to the site Safety Action Committee.
