  • Protect guest confidentiality and address their concerns effectively.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Completion of a reputable massage therapy program.
  • Registration and good standing status as a massage therapist in Alaska.
  • A minimum of one year's work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
  • Prior experience in leading or supervising a massage team.

Workplace Conditions:

This role may require working extended hours and/or weekends to meet business demands or deadlines. It operates in a dynamic environment with frequent interactions with staff, guests, and other stakeholders. Be prepared to adapt to Mountain weather conditions, with temperatures ranging from -22°F to 86°F.
