IT Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Hard Rock. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our audio, video, and lighting systems.

• Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Identify and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our events.
• Setup and Configuration: Assist in the setup and configuration of all systems related to audio, video, and lighting, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for key applications and hardware, ensuring they are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Daily Pre-Show Walkthroughs: Conduct daily pre-show walkthroughs to ensure the venue is organized, clean, and safe for our guests and staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Excellent Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
• Strong Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of audio, video, and lighting systems, as well as key applications and hardware.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
