Western Technical College is seeking a dedicated and passionate Adjunct Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our instructional staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality academic curriculum, instruction, and assessment to our students.

• Teaching and Instruction
  • Deliver courses in multiple modes of delivery, including face-to-face, online, and hybrid/blended formats.
  • Address and refer student concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide and support students on an individual basis, both in and out of the classroom.
  • Assist students in developing critical thinking skills to apply concepts to real-world scenarios.
• Classroom Management
  • Monitor student progress and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Provide input and maintain division accreditation and student records.
  • Integrate college SuccessAbilities and program outcomes into course competencies.
• Program Development and Academic Leadership
  • Responsible for instructional learning activities and outcomes-based curriculum development.
  • Provide academic referrals as needed.
  • Organize, develop, and deliver curriculum that assesses student learning and prepares students for the workforce or further education.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Math, Science, or English).
• Eligibility for or meets WTCS Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements.
