Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Geosyntec Consultants. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents for civil design, site development, and stormwater management projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents for civil design, site development, and stormwater management projects.
  • Providing construction engineering support to large civil-design and landfill projects.
  • Completing construction quality assurance (CQA) tasks for large civil-design and landfill projects.
  • Providing oversight and project management of multi-disciplinary projects and assistance in managing Client Programs.
  • Developing and maintaining strong collaborative internal and external relationships.
  • Mentoring and developing early career engineers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or geotechnical engineering or closely related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in consulting industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience performing civil design and site grading.
  • Experience performing hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and designing stormwater infrastructure.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and a satisfactory driving record for business travel.
