Position Overview:

The Vice President of Business Operations will oversee the operational readiness, business planning, and transformation initiatives for Entrust Digital Security Solutions. The ideal candidate will utilize exceptional consultative and relationship-building skills alongside business analysis expertise to prioritize and mobilize operational efforts across the Digital Security sector, collaborating effectively across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cross-functional thought leadership and share insights on Transformational Change Management, Business Process Optimization, and Organizational Alignment.
  • Facilitate the annual strategic planning process with senior leadership, including goal setting, prioritization, quarterly business reviews, and monthly operational assessments.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment on strategic priority initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee analytics reporting and forecasting dashboards for the Digital Security division, including business review schedules.
  • Compile, analyze, and present data to elucidate business outcomes and forecast market trends, providing insights to enhance decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations on revenue forecasting and planning.
  • Establish and nurture strong business relationships with leaders to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Guide product management, pricing, or sales/customer experience operations regarding technical and cross-functional resources and process dependencies related to business challenges and customer impacts.
  • Develop business cases for new initiatives or process enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for economies of scale, fostering standardization across processes and resources to amplify the impact of colleagues within the Digital Security organization.
  • Collaborate with Entrust IT to recommend cross-functional standardization and data management practices.
  • Lead a team of business operations analysts, executing general management responsibilities such as hiring, performance evaluations, and individual development activities.
  • Monitor team performance against departmental standards, ensuring consistent achievement or surpassing of these benchmarks.
  • Serve as an escalation point for issues, providing leadership and guidance to the team.
  • Deliver necessary work direction and manage projects effectively through strategic planning, organization, and project management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree focused on business administration, strategy, economics, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business strategy, or M&A roles with progressive responsibility.
  • Experience in operational roles within a high-tech, fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
  • Ability to comprehend businesses and teams holistically and manage complex, cross-functional projects to successful conclusions.
  • Exhibit strong executive presence with excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking abilities and capacity to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Must possess lawful work authorization in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration.
