Drywall Framer Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drywall Framer Supervisor to join our team at Swinerton. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall and framing on our projects.

• Project Planning and Coordination
  • Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accurate installation of drywall and framing
  • Coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
• Team Management
  • Supervise and train a team of drywall framers to ensure high-quality workmanship
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Quality Control
  • Inspect drywall and framing installations to ensure they meet Swinerton's quality standards
  • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly
• Communication and Reporting
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to management

• Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Drywall Framer Supervisor or similar role
• Skills
  • Ability to learn new skills with attention to detail
  • Lift and/or pull 75lbs., climb ladders, work off ladders, man lifts or other equipment
  • Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time, fully squat, bend or kneel while wearing a tool belt
  • Display basic computer skills
  • Capable of working in a variety of weather conditions
• Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
