Job Description

At Tata Consultancy Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead our.NET development team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of.NET developers in the design, development, and implementation of complex software applications.
  • Provide technical guidance and direction to the team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting quality and productivity standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest.NET technologies, frameworks, and tools, and apply this knowledge to improve team performance and project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in.NET technologies, including Asp.Net, MVC, Core.NET, and Entity Framework.
  • Experience in API/web services development, JavaScript, JSON, and C#.
  • Strong database knowledge, including SQL or Oracle.
  • Experience in application integration with Salesforce and third-party applications.
  • Experience with Rabbit MQ, messaging queues setup, and integration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
