At Solventum, we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join our team.
About the Role:
The Manufacturing Production Supervisor will be responsible for providing direct supervision to hourly production employees, supporting other areas with production employees not under their direct supervision, and inspiring integrity by upholding and complying with Solventum policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision to hourly production employees
- Support other areas with production employees not under your direct supervision
- Inspire integrity by upholding and complying with Solventum policies and guidelines
- Provide leadership for assigned operations by fostering cross-functional teamwork and communicating goals of the organization to employees
- Review production issues with the quality and engineering teams and use available resources to resolve process, maintenance, equipment and related technical problems
- Determine priorities daily, allocate work assignments, communicate expectations, and monitor workflow
- Conduct department crew meetings to review team performance and celebrate successes
- Evaluate employee performance and provide necessary coaching, feedback and disciplinary actions
- Lead and participate in Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement activities
- Complete administrative activities such as time reporting, attendance control and vacation planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- OR High School Diploma/GED from AND seven (7) years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Experience with continuous improvement activities
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers effectively
Work Location:
- Onsite: Irvine, CA
Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Compensation:
The expected compensation range for this position is $82,370 - $100,675, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
