ROLE OF A PATIENT ACCESS SUPERVISOR

As the Patient Access Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experiences of both patients and employees. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle and collaborate with a remarkable leadership team. While training is provided, a solid grasp of leadership principles will greatly contribute to your success in this position.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE POSITION
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related medical field is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Medical Terminology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical registration, including supervisory roles, knowledge of insurance ID cards, workers' compensation registration, staff training, and procedural documentation writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
