- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Proven track record of success in quality improvement, financial management, and human resources.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
