Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting.
    • Proven track record of success in quality improvement, financial management, and human resources.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
