Position Summary

Mint Cannabis is in search of a diligent and trustworthy Security Officer to enhance our operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe environment for staff, customers, and property by monitoring activities and enforcing security measures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol Duties: Conduct regular inspections of the premises to deter and identify any signs of criminal behavior or security breaches.
  • Access Control: Implement and uphold security protocols for all designated facilities and information systems.
  • Incident Response: Act swiftly in response to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, providing first aid when necessary.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by assisting patients and staff, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance as needed.
  • Enforcement: Uphold company policies, rules, and regulations to ensure a secure and safe environment.

Qualifications:

  • Requirements:
    • Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
    • Consent to a criminal background check as required.
    • Possess valid identification.
  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of one year in a security role is preferred.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
    • Willingness to travel between various locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Evenings/Overnight

Salary: $16-20 per hour
