About the Role:

Cassia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our residents. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring resident conditions, and documenting care using computerized medication administration and charting software.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response.
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Current MN RN license.
  • CPR/BLS certification preferred, or willing to get.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
