We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at 10X Health System. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a critical role in driving the evolution of our customer and patient wellness platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Software Development: Develop and maintain high-quality code for our cloud applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Issue Resolution: Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including engineering, product, customer support, and operations.
- Technical Leadership: Promote innovation, enhance code and architecture, and uphold quality and security best practices.
- Mentorship: Serve as a mentor to team members, offering guidance and support in solving complex technical challenges.
- Software Development Lifecycle: Be a key stakeholder of the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of software solutions that meet strategic requirements and delight users.
- System Validation: Implement end-to-end validation protocols to verify system integration, data integrity, and the overall reliability of our healthcare technology ecosystem.
- Experience: 8+ years of related software development experience acting as a senior developer working on small teams building products for internal and B2C customers.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with C#, Entity Framework or other ORMs/Micro ORMs,.NET Core, SQL required. Strong experience building REST APIs required. Experience implementing API management and API operations is a plus.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Understanding of system design, cloud infrastructure, object-oriented concepts, and continuous integration. Experience with distributed, message-based, event-driven architectures is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science or a related discipline). Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with demonstrated track of increasing responsibilities.
