About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our team at Glockner Automotive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our customers and providing exceptional service to drive sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers, vendors, and employees, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, including test drives and trade assessments.
  • Organize and handle all aspects of vehicle presentation and deliveries.
  • Process insurance, identification, and update systems.
  • Follow instructions and processes using proper paperwork and digital assets.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, retail, or similar industries.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Tablet/PC/Smartphone proficiency.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
