Logistics Operations Associate

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Associate to join our team at Martin Brower. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of trailers and products within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Trailers and Products Movement: Safely maneuver trailers into loading docks, open bay doors, prepare trailers, and assist in loading/unloading products.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, tools, and machinery to ensure they are clean and in good working condition.
- Safety Protocols: Follow all safety protocols, including performing safety checks to secure trailers and operating all equipment safely and professionally.
- Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Driving Experience: Possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with 0-1 year of specific driving experience.
- Lifting Ability: Able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds as needed.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
