We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Williamson Health, one of the South's most exceptional health care systems. Our hospital, Williamson Medical Center, offers comprehensive in-patient and out-patient services, with over 825 providers representing more than 70 medical specialties and sub-specialties.
About the RoleAs a Nurse Care Specialist, you will coordinate and implement nursing care for critically ill patients, ensuring timely assessments and individualized care plans. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, focusing on compassionate and professional excellence.
This is a full-time position working days in our Critical Care unit, caring for patients from adolescence to seniors. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and committed to maintaining a therapeutic environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients upon admission, utilizing observation, communication, and examination skills to identify needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Plan and coordinate patient care, including interventions and treatments tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting self-care and empowering them to manage their conditions effectively.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A nursing diploma or degree from an accredited institution.
- Licensure in the State of Tennessee.
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certifications within six months of hire (dependent on unit requirements).

SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
