Job Summary

Providence Saint Vincent Medical Center is seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with cardiovascular procedures, including coronary angiograms, angioplasties, and stent placements
  • Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, including angiography machines and ECG monitors
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields for procedures
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs during procedures
  • Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth procedure execution
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in a cath lab setting
