Key Responsibilities
As a Clinic RN at Kadlec, you will be responsible for:
  1. Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  2. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  3. Providing education and support to patients and families
  4. Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements
- Must have a graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing school
- Possess a valid Washington state RN license
- Minimum 18 months of professional nursing experience
- National Provider BLS certification required
