Job Overview

**Position Summary:**

Oversee and manage the Technical Division, responding to client inquiries, receiving devices, executing calibration or repair services, processing invoices, and returning equipment to clients.

The tasks will involve working on electronic devices such as flaw detectors, phased array systems, thickness measurement tools, LED displays, connectors, and video inspection equipment utilized across various sectors including aerospace, energy, oil and gas, among others.

Familiarity with CNC machinery operations is essential.

Responsibilities include inventory oversight and management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Carry out calibration of devices, ensuring precision and adherence to industry regulations.
  • Execute repairs on devices, including diagnostics, component swaps, and functionality testing.
  • Guide clients on the effective use and upkeep of their equipment.
  • Offer technical assistance to clients regarding devices, resolving issues, and addressing questions.
  • Support the production team in the operation of CNC machinery.
  • Manage and organize inventory effectively.

**Qualifications:**

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the repair and calibration of electronic devices (preferred).
  • Knowledgeable in CNC machinery.
  • Proficient in English with a good command of Spanish.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent computer proficiency is required.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
