Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients upon arrival
  • Manage incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments efficiently
  • Prepare necessary intake and visit documentation
  • Confirm insurance details
  • Coordinate with pharmacies and other healthcare providers
  • Document detailed phone messages
  • Maintain communication with team members
  • Facilitate patient check-in and check-out processes

Back Office Responsibilities:

  • Prepare examination rooms for patient visits
  • Accurately measure and record vital signs
  • Conduct laboratory blood draws
  • Handle lab accessioning
  • Administer vaccinations
  • Perform ear lavages
  • Conduct electrocardiograms (ECGs)
  • Assist physicians during medical procedures
  • Manage prior authorizations for medications and procedures
