Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Superintendent to join our team in the Tri-Cities, TN area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers, site safety, scheduling, requests for information, cost controls and budget, and maintaining a high level of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations
  • Schedule and coordinate construction activities
  • Manage requests for information and resolve issues
  • Control costs and maintain budget
  • Maintain high-quality standards
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management
  • OSHA Site Safety experience
  • Up-to-date with modern technology and excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • General knowledge of construction principles and practices
  • Strong work ethic and desire to work in a team environment
  • Valid driver's license with a positive motor vehicle record
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction management
  • Associates/Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Estimating experience
  • Working knowledge of project management process and software
  • OSHA 30 Hour Training
  • LEED Project Experience
