Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing audit engagements, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery
  • Leveraging their industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance to clients
  • Mentoring and coaching junior staff members to enhance their professional development

Qualifications and Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • At least 10 years of experience in audit and assurance, preferably with a strong background in various industries
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution, with an MBA or MAcc being advantageous
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $135,000 - $165,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, generous PTO, and a 401(k) matching program.
