About the Position:
This full-time opportunity comes with a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with your level of experience.
Main Accountabilities:
* Network Design and Implementation: Collaborate with our IT team to design, deploy, and maintain a robust network infrastructure that supports our clinical operations and administrative functions.
* System Maintenance: Continuously monitor and optimize network performance to ensure high uptime, reliability, and scalability.
* Security Measures: Develop and enforce stringent security protocols to safeguard sensitive data, software, and hardware against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
* Troubleshooting and Resolution: Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Documentation and Training: Maintain detailed records of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps, and provide training and support to staff members on network-related topics.
* Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our IT team and other departments to ensure seamless integration and effective communication across the organization.
* Travel and Site Setup: Be prepared to travel to establish new sites, configuring network, printers, desktops, and associated equipment as required.
Qualifications:
* Education: Hold an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: Possess at least 3 years of experience in network administration or a related role.
* Certifications: Holding relevant certifications like CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or similar can be beneficial.
